Why did you become an Integrative Life & Health Coach?

Prevention is better and more fun than cure and I focus my time on helping prevent future life and health issues.

 

Why are the affirmations so long?

 

You are meant to be playing the affirmations in the background while you’re getting on with life such as, brushing your teeth, getting dressed, making your morning potion, having breakfast, commuting, shopping, hiking, exercising etc. Pause it when you have to then continue playing them until the end. It’s most effective when you’re falling asleep and waking up as they directly reprogramme your subconscious mind, removing self-limiting beliefs.

 

The rest of the recording is plain binaural beats that drop you immediately into a theta state, so that you can do your own meditation with it as the background. Binaural beats are proven to be excellent for your cognitive functions, mood and mental health. They work on your brain even or especially when you’re asleep. Make sure that you wear headphones while you’re listening to them.

 

Why are the affirmations mostly about money?

 

They are meant to bring abundance consciousness that attracts money into your life. Most of us have a lot of shame around money and we unconsciously block our abundance by having self-limiting beliefs around the subject of money. Without abundance, we wouldn’t have enough time or resources to live a healthy life. Financial wellness is part of holistic wellness and the basis of a free, fulfilled and stress-free life.

 

Why do we need to detox?

 

We are constantly bombarded by toxins, forever chemicals and pollutants on a daily basis. No one is exempt from them. Therefore, we all need to constantly clear our liver of toxins which otherwise becomes overburdened and fatty. Without a functional liver, we cannot have optimal health because not only does our liver shields us from toxins, it’s also responsible for the absorption, storage and redistribution of nutrients. It also protects all other organs. Our brains are also particularly vulnerable to heavy metals that rust and melt together when mixed with dietary fats, leading to lesions in the brain and dementia.

 

What if I’m too stiff to do yoga & Pilates?

 

This is precisely why you should do them. They are a gentle form of exercise designed to enhance your flexibility, mobility and balance. Falling is the leading cause of death among the elderly, therefore, it’s never too late to work on your body to prevent accidents and injuries. Pilates are also a form of rehabilitation, it’s particularly beneficial if you have pain and injuries.

 

Do you offer discounts?

Would you go to a hospital and ask for an arbitrary discount? Most likely not. The same applies for my coaching. My pricing model works whereby if more sessions are required to achieve your objectives, then the price per session reduces

With their parents or legal guardian permission, and subject to my Coaching Agreement, yes.
