Stay Sharp, Stay Calm with Heavy Metal Detox Smoothies

Hi! I’m Vicky Vortex! Today I’m going to show you How to stay sharp, stay calm and stop forgetting things with my own version of the heavy metal detox smoothies inspired by the Medical Medium.

When consumed within 24 hours of each other, barley grass juice powder, spirulina, cilantro or coriander, wild blueberries, and Atlantic dulse provide the most effective method on the planet of removing heavy metals. Here's my own recipe for a Heavy Metal Detox Smoothies. The first 5 main ingredients go deep into your brain cells and draw heavy metals out, clearing your cells of things that can oxidise and damage your brain. Then I added some more extra ingredients to further detox and nourish the liver as well as the nervous and digestive system. You can click on the link below for the recipe and explanation on each ingredient. The following recipe is for four portions for two people over two days. If you can’t finish the smoothies, keep it in a glass box for up to 2 days and add filtered water to it to create your ideal consistency. So the four portions of the heavy metal detox smoothies consists of:

1 cups of fresh wild blueberries

or 2 tbsp of powdered wild blueberries

2 tsp of powdered Barley Grass Juice

2 tsp of Spirulina

2 tbsp of Atlantic dulse

1 tbsp of Amla berry powder

1 cup of cilantro

1 cup of parsley

2 apple

2 bananas

1 Orange

1 cup of cranberries

1 cup of blackberries

4 dates

1 cup of water (optional)


Optional supplements for an extra boost your immune system:


One dropperful of each Vimergy supplement:


Liquid B12

Zinc

Licorice

Cat’s Claw

Olive leaf

Milk thistle

Lemon balm




Empty the content of one capsule of each of the vimergy supplements:


Micro C

GABA

Blend all the ingredients and add water to your preferred consistency and store the rest of the smoothies in the fridge for the next couple of days if you can finish it.
