The Vortex Herbal Tea is the Best Natural Supplement that Addresses Nutritional Deficiencies

Updated: Sep 22, 2022

As long as your body gets all the nutrients that it needs, it will start healing itself. Drinking Herbal Tea is a great way of remineralising yourself and addressing any deficiencies. It also detoxes and supports your organs, preventing diseases.

It’s much healthier than caffeine and alcohol. And my personal bland that consists of:

300 g Licroice root (you can add more for its sweet flavour)

200 g Red clover Flowers

100 g Dandelion roots

100 g Nettles

100 g Burdock root

100 g Cat’s Claw

100 g Lemon Balm

Instructions:

Put 3 tablespoonfuls of the herbal mix into a teapot and pour boiling hot water over it and steep for 5 minutes. You can reuse the tea 3 times.

And I refer to the Medical Medium’s book, "Life-Changing Foods" for the breakdown of each ingredient:

Red clover flowers are loaded with nutrients. It is incredible for remineralization and an amazing replenisher of deficiencies of manganese, selenium, iron, magnesium, vitamin A, B vitamins and phytonutrients.

Red clover is the most powerful herb of all to support the lymphatic system and cleanse lymph fluid, and it can be a helpful cancer preventative. You can use both the flowers and the leaves as a blood builder to address toxic blood due to the pancreas or liver dysfunction from a high-fat diet.

Red clover’s alkaloids break up and reduce stored-up fat, so it can be flushed out of the body leading to weight loss. Red clover has an energizing effect, perfect for someone who’s feeling exhausted. Red clover detoxes heavy metals and pesticides such as DDT.

Licorice root is the ultimate anti-bug weapon against the pathogen explosion. Herpetic bugs like, Epstein-Barr and shingles that are behind mystery illnesses such as fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, and adrenal fatigue, as well as vertigo and nerve pains in the jaw, neck, shoulder—not to mention autoimmune conditions. The body does not attack itself but these herpes family bugs do. Licorice root is incredible for people with low blood pressure and it’s the most important adrenal restorative we have today.

Dandelion root is the most bitter part of plant that forces our organs to purge on the deepest level for an intensified detoxification. On the other hand, Dandelion greens are packed with vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin A, C, E, & K, and calcium, iron, zinc, & magnesium. Dandelion greens are also about 14% protein, which is MORE protein per serving than spinach. Dandelion greens are especially beneficial for the liver, it detoxes and remineralises the body.

Dandelion greens' beta carotene and flavonoid content benefits the immune and cardiovascular system. Dandelion greens are also one of the richest sources of plant-based Vitamin K for bone and neurological health and Vitamin A for eye and skin health.

Nettle is a powerful anti-inflammatory herbal medicine rich in chlorophyll and minerals such as iron, chromium, zinc, copper, magnesium, silicon, cobalt, and calcium. Nettles are also high in vitamins A, E, D, C, & K. Nettle tea is a strong immune booster and has the ability to detox.

Nettle prevents headaches, sore throats, sinus infections, and fatigue and are beneficial for diabetics as it is known to lower blood sugar levels. It eliminates infections and bronchial ailments such as coughing. Nettle addresses digestive issues such as flatulence and acid reflux.

Nettle supports the endocrine system including the spleen, thyroid, and pancreas. It boosts liver and heart health and helps to prevent urinary tract infections as well as bladder and kidney stones. It’s a diuretic but it can also help stop frequent night time urination.

Burdock root is a medicinal herb that has powerful anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic properties. Burdock root is one of the top recommended herbal remedies for cancer and it’s one of the star ingredients in Essiac tea for cancer.

It is beneficial for colds, flu, ulcers, gallstones and kidney stones, anaemia, gout, strep throat, urinary tract and bladder infections and enlarged prostates. Burdock root is an essential blood purifier and detoxifying herb as it can safely eliminate toxins.

Burdock is important for treating chronic skin problems such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, and shingles. It can also help to stimulate metabolism, and aid in water retention and weight loss. Burdock root is a painkiller that can alleviates inflammation that affect rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and diabetes.

Lemon balm is a heal-all, with a high contribution factor to almost every part of the body. Extremely high in trace minerals such as boron, manganese, copper, chromium, molybdenum, selenium, and iron, lemon balm also has large amounts of the macromineral silica. Plus it’s a B12-conserving herb—which means that it monitors your stores of this vitamin and keeps your body from using it all up. Antiparasitic, antiviral, and antibacterial throughout the body, lemon balm fights the Epstein-Barr virus, shingles, and other herpetic viruses such as HHV-6. It’s an amazing herb for tonsillitis, which is inflammation caused by strep bacteria. Plus, lemon balm detoxifies the liver, spleen, and kidneys, and helps reduce bladder inflammation, which makes it a star for alleviating urinary tract infections (UTIs).

If someone’s stomach or intestines are irritated for no identifiable reason, it’s usually due to sensitive nerves. One common occurrence is that a food rubs against the lining of the intestinal tract, which causes someone with sensitive nerves to feel discomfort. Nerve sensitivities can also trigger symptoms such as nausea, loss of appetite, and a sudden urgency to eliminate when nervous. Lemon balm is a gift wonderful for addressing all of these situations with its soothing properties, which come from bioactive phytochemicals such as undiscovered alkaloids that calm the nerve receptors at the digestive tract so that the nerves become less sensitized and inflammation reduces. This makes lemon balm a valuable herb for stress assistance.

Cat’s claw is one of the most powerful resources for helping to reverse the epidemic of chronic and mystery illness in the 21st century. Cat’s claw can aid in alleviating almost any symptom, from neurological to digestive.

Cat’s claw helps eliminate the parasite Babesia and bacteria such as Bartonella and other bugs without the so-called Herxheimer die-off reaction so common with antibiotics, because the bioactive pharma-compounds in the herb regulate the destruction of pathogens so that it’s at a level the individual person can tolerate.

Cat’s claw is also incredible at fighting viruses. Eventually medical research will discover a group of antiviral adaptogens, and scientists will realize that cat’s claw is at the top of that list.

This herb is a powerful aid for battling ALS, strep throat, MS, mystery aches and pains.

Cat’s claw is also remarkable for its ability to help rid the body of the infamous strep, which is frequently misdiagnosed as yeast or Candida.

Who knew a simple cup of herbal tea could contain so many health benefits that can keep you out of trouble?! It beats caffeine and alcohol by a long shot!
