The Vortex's ultra-simple yet healthy 3-ingredient Tabulleh Recipe


All you need for this salad is a bunch of coriander, a bunch of parsley and a lemon for juicing. To get rid of pesticides, make sure that you soak them in a litre of filtered water and one tablespoonful of baking soda for at least half and hour. Then rinse them with filtered water. Finely chop and mix the herbs finely then squeeze the juice of one lemon on top of it. Mix them all up and it's done. No oil or salt is needed.

There are mineral salts comprised of sodium, potassium and chloride that are bound to phytochemicals. The brain is a magnet for mineral salts, the phytochemicals that deliberately remove toxic heavy metals from the brain, freeing up neurons from toxic heavy metals oxidised residue, so that they can function at their best.


If a person has an aversion towards the smell or taste of coriander, it means that the heavy metals in their body are corroding so rapidly that the oxidative toxic runoff makes its way into the person’s lymphatic system and saliva. Lemons are the ultra hydrating because it's full of electrolytes and mineral salts. Lemons have the most absorbable vitamin C that is bonded together with calcium, creating alkalinity and antixoidants that flights and prevents cancer. They also detox your organs of plastics, radiation and chemicals.
